This residence is located in Baltimore City, MD. The project consisted of a 1-story addition that included the relocation and expansion of the kitchen, a new wet bar area, and reconstruction of the existing detached garage, connecting it to the addition to provide direct access from the new kitchen space.
J-Squared Architect's scope of work included the design and construction documents as well as the preparation and presentation of a submittal to the City of Baltimore for a required variance due to existing non-conforming conditions of the residence.
