The Iron Bridge Wine Company is a restaurant and retail wine shop located in Columbia MD. This 3-phase project consisted of the conversion of a long-standing biker bar to a restaurant and wine bar in a neighborhood setting. The second phase included an addition to add dining space and a kitchen renovation, including the addition of an exhaust hood. The third phase included the reconstruction of an out-building used for storage and office space located to the rear of the restaurant.
J-Squared Architect's scope of work included the design and construction documents for all three phases of the project.
