The Obladi is a 4-bedroom Inn located in Historic Ellicott City, MD. The project included a complete gut renovation of the entire building, including the reconstruction of the third floor space and rear yard. The yard was excavated to provide for a private patio behind the Inn.
J-Squared Architect's scope of work included the design, construction documents, construction administration, and construction management of the project. Additional services included the submittal and presentation to the Historic District, design of the balcony and gate ironwork, and design of the patio area.
