This project consisted of the renovation of a warehouse space in Historic Ellicott City, MD. The project included adding all new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for the build-out.
J-Squared Architects was responsible for the design of the interior and construction documents, as well as the coordination of all the MEP documents.
